^ Whether the actual tower gets moving or not remains to be seen, but either way, they are supposed to get that station entrance built regardless. Looks like a lot more site prep though.

Perhaps. You’re more familiar with this than I am. I assumed that equipment was a precursor to construction of the tower.

Does anyone know the vacancy levels of this one? It’s not terrible looking thanks to the new skin that was added eighteen years ago, but if it’s nearly empty, I assume that it will be razed.

They've got to get those LIRR entrances going, both here and at 415 Madison.
