Imagine how much better this streetscape would be without a massive highway right there separating the west loop and downtown. Chicago needs to do what Dallas did with Kylde Warren Park and cap this highway.

Almost every block on the north side of Randolph St has a highrise proposed, under construction, or recently finished. The only one that doesn't is the block between Sangamon and Peoria, but that's because it's in the landmark district. It's impressive how in only 5 years Randolph St already is approaching a mile of highrises.
