The first 6 floors are outstanding. Wonderful to see some architects use materials creatively. The all glass facade has been done to death.

with a location like that, there's no question that it'll sell out. it's just a shame that it couldn't have gone taller...

I disagree, Toronto's been building a little too tall actually and it wouldn't be appropriate for the site. This is exactly as tall as it ought to be, Toronto needs more human scale dense development like this, with more details to make it appealing instead of just imposing scale. I love skyscrapers as much as the next guy, but this is what's called for.

I too think this will be an area of high demand but it's about the right height for keeping with the neighbourhood. That being said, if it sells fast, I wouldn't be surprised to see another 10-15 floors added.

In a perfect world we'd see 10 more stories of the copper accented podium (perhaps with an additional setback)

Unfortunately, I think this will translate to 10 more stories of blue glass.

The podium is unimpressive as of now...though the final cladding will be coming soon. Yesterday I was only able to get a shot of the now forming tower...

I'm not a fan of those slanted balconies. There's something that looks weird about them for sure.
