This was submitted to the FAA. 698 ft at 65 floors (Hotel and Residences).

Might as well consolidate the second component, which is having strong sales and bound to rise sometime in the summer into this thread.

Included:

1) E11EVEN Residences Beyond at 699 ft @ 65 Floors
2) E11EVEN Hotel and Residences at 698 ft @ 65 Floors.

That area is filling up fast. The green grass behind these towers in these renders is also a big construction site.

We will be seeing both rise at the same time given the sales success. Essentially 700 ft is nothing to be shy about either. A big deal in most other cities but rising like weeds around here.

E11even Residences Beyond is 90% sold. Also E11even Hotel and Residences broke ground almost a year ago, I don't know why they're dragging their feet so much.

Site prep sometimes isn't official construction. In the meantime, things like utilities are added, which can add to the time. Given the almost sold out nature, highly looking like they will both rise at the same time now that it looks like the basic utilities have been added. We'll probally see some big movement in September. If its sold out essentially, only a matter of time.

Yup, I assume they broke ground early for the first tower because the 11/11 groundbreaking date was too good to pass up. Maybe they're going to break ground on the second tower on 11/11 this year too?

They are really taking advantage of the demand.

In only two or three weeks, a ton of new towers have been revealed and added to the pipeline. Continues to accelerate.

Looks like 1040 N Miami Avenue, the theoretical 3rd tower, sold on August 11th, 2022 (parcel).

It's a 5000 square foot lot, so it could be very tall depending on how they design a future tower.

Considering the sale was only $1,600,000, could yield a substantial ROI.
