GIVATAYIM | Beyond Tower 1| 308 M / 1010 FT | 78 FLOORS

The tower is located just inside the Givatayim municipal boundaries, across the street from Tel Aviv, and part of the main Tel Aviv skyline.

the construction includes a second smaller tower (Beyond Tower 2) of 228M and 56 floors.

Tel Aviv (and surrounds) doesn't get nearly the love it should on these forums. It's skyline is similar to that of Miami and surrounding cities as it's pretty spread out in a linear fashion, though the taller buildings are pushed back further from the water. It's really quite impressive, but tough to photograph.

Tel Aviv isn't being singled out, it's just that this forum is very north American focused so everywhere in the rest of the world is relatively left out.

And you are right about being tough to photograph. To show the true scale of the skyline you have to really pan out or have a scrolling video like this:
