Arrow " Which Is The Most Interesting Diagram Of The ""Weekly Drawing Update"" ?

Starting Something Different >>> According To You, " Which Is The Most Interesting Diagram Of The ""Weekly Drawing Update"" ?

For Me This Time Is the Shibam, because --- well, every body knows prefer the other shapes structures than the boring blocks common Highrises, shapes must be different, not the Diagrams only expressing a Retangular boxy thing, common found in cities all over the world, but those with pyramids, oblongs, ovals, spheres, circulars etc, to be something more and this is the case of Shibam this Time ! Do Not Care How Tall The Thing Is, Most Important Is Shape, normally from 20 m To 200 m High

For Sure Express myself weekly, on Saturdays, because the Weekly Diagram Update Area showing what people uploaded last weeks, is weekly, self understandible, and what about your weekly opinion ? Lets see

I agree that interesting shapes are a good thing, and your pick has an interesting history for sure... but this is a "Skyscraper" site...

Koops it is not you who decides what is approved or not, Dylan Leblanc the owner of this site and the inventor of it, the creator since 1999 decides, once approved deserves the same appreciation as your boring boxy building drawn,
in which 90 m high is not really a skyscraper, Tony and others who vanished here said ever this --- it is not because has SSP name in which Epcot Sphere has not a chance, more famous than your boring boxy in Toronto Regards MK

Start a thread asking everyone to post their opinion and then attack the first person to post his opinion that happens to differ from yours. It's too bad this forum/topic is so dead.

It's a very interesting thread.
I think it can be a positive stimulus for people who draw diagrams.

I like the idea of this thread. Personally, I love seeing everybody’s style and the techniques each of you uses. It’s kind of like filling an art museum with mini-virtual buildings and I’m all for it!

There's no Google 3D to check it, but you can do an approximation with Street View: I placed a 97 m high polygon and it almost perfectly matches the height of the mall.

But it's true that, if it were not for that, I would never have imagined that it was so tall. It must be because it's so massive.

Here I added two other polygons of 122 and 132 m, which represent Lotte Gallerium Centum:

The building register database managed by the Korean government shows this.
I'm not an architect, so I don't know the exact height.. so I just write down the officially certified height by the government.

This is a street view from Naver Map, a map website in Korea.
On the Naver map, the streets of South Korea are updated every half year.
We can see a rough picture here..

Also, you we get interesting aerial photographs. Most only provide photo information from 2009, but it's an interesting part.

There are already many high-rise buildings in South Korea, and too many are being built at this point (the real estate market is overheated)
As for me, there is no reason to deliberately manipulate the height of the department store, and I have no enthusiasm for it.. It's just a quote from an official institution.

Also, South Korea does not properly support 3D views on Google Earth
There are various reasons, but I think it is mainly due to the threat of North Korea's existence. The South Korean government refused to export detailed map information to Google.

This interesting fact can be seen in the difference between Google Earth and Naver map.

Google Earth exposes all the pictures of Korea as they are,
The naver map removes its military facilities, intelligence agencies, etc. from the map and hides or manipulates it to look like the surrounding terrain.
(Looks like Mountain, rice paddies, fields)

For me this week with only 146 Higrises or so was difficult to choose because there is not another better shape structure however the pyramidal part of this in bottom was appreciated

Next Two weeks hope someone do this ...

For this Upper Reason, do not know if continue with such because :
1. Have in My Second Life Of SSP 105 Illustrations 101 Buildings' drawn
2. Have more > 75 Comments Posts and Maybe would Stop Surely At 80 !
Regards And Good Living In All You Do ><)))°> MK
And 3rd expect to start new enterprises with H.H.H. Sheik Ahmed Bin Saeed Kingdom Family Al Maktoum Emirates if he allows me. Otherwise continue my Research with Japanese Trains or We would go more Travelling.

EDIT

1. Expected to see someone doing Emirates Airport accurate done... but think no one in a day would make.
2. This Structure reminds me Theatro José de Alencar Fortaleza Ceará Brasil. Fortaleza is a city visited at Holidays Times during high school, because huge family mother side, love the warm beaches there, indeed, did not found any place in world with so wide good beaches, places visited of course. SSP Fortaleza is Empty, tried doing at my first Time Life here, but Dylan erased all. No one do this city, indeed has hundreds buildings like Koops like to do, you know, those 100 200 m highrises blocks, nothing special in shape but tall enough. Personally do not like most of those buildings at Beira Mar know some of them in person like Meliá Hotel in front of Mucuripe.. me and wife swim once at Praia Mansa at the Port today a supposed to be cruise terminal. Prefered if Beira Mar would stay with only Houses and Clubs like Nautico, lowrises. They say if a Miami of Brasil, do not think so, because Miami, is much, but much, but more much, much more organized. in Miami there is none Slams Favelas like huge Mucuripe has near Lighthouses. Yeah, unfortunate no one draws the sunny city, neither me will do in my 2nd Life of SSP. If has a 3rd, really do not know the future of SSP. Yeah unfortunate at Praia do futuro there is none good Resorts like in UAE--- Do not know what Brazilians have in Mind of not doing equally... Only Hotel Galé is not a Compare to for example Miramar Al Aqah ! From here to go to Fortaleza is some € 3000 for me and wife for a week, so better still if possible the beaches of UAE with some € 2300 a week with Emirates B777 flight, otherwise there is no HAM > FOR 8 hours direct flight valuable. But in Ceará has Coconut water, Cajú, Cajá, Sapoti etc. good fruits. Regards MK
