Not sure if this has been discussed but there appears to be colored lights affixed to each floor, similar to the river side of One Riverside.

I went down to the river yesterday, and the water was so perfectly reflective, with gray water against gray sky.

By the way, it's nice that even this is lit in green. Go Birds!

Yeah, saw that on r/Phillies of all places. What a waste. That could've been used for so much more.

Care provider Elwyn eyes new office building on Camden waterfront for regional consolidation

Quote:
Elwyn, a Delaware County-based nonprofit that serves people with disabilities, wants to build a 53,000-square-foot administrative building on Camden’s Delaware River waterfront as part of a region-wide effort to shrink and consolidate its sprawling real estate footprint.

The group was approved this week for support from New Jersey’s Grow NJ economic development program that will largely cover the building’s nearly $40 million construction tab if job-creation and other criteria are met, Elwyn’s vice president for corporate real estate, Jeremy R. Sunkett, said in an interview.

The offices would be built on a vacant waterfront parcel currently owned by developer Liberty Property Trust beside the 18-story Camden Partners Tower. Elwyn plans to employ about 200 staffers at the site, with 167 coming from the nonprofit’s main campus in Middletown Township, Pa., and the rest from offices in Vineland, N.J.

I think its going to be One Cooper Street. That one is 50,000sq ft and is no longer listed as available on Liberty's website. One Victor is too large (90,000sf) unless they are only taking a portion of it.

Cool. Will be interested to see what that looks like. I don't think I've seen a rendering for it yet.

Does anybody have an idea of what 53k could equate to in terms of floors? Also, isn't the new 18 story building not even close to being filled?

Glad to see Camden continuing to grow, but man....NJ is just giving shit away at this point. The tax breaks are pretty much going to cover the $40 million price tag of the new building.

I'm pretty sure the 18-story tower is almost completely filled. There's 3 companies occupying the building.

Whether this company takes One Victor Place or One Cooper Street, we're probably only looking at a 4-5 story office building here.

Those floor plates looks to be between 8000-14000 square foot for each building. Depending on the building, maybe a bit higher for the narrower building.
