Nice to see you back on here.

I kinda miss your old photo threads about Montreal and their loud protests.
I like the way you shoot chaos on purpose.

If you were here in Paris at the moment, you'd be overwhelmed, lol.
It's been a mess for their pension reform. For example, some districts went through a strike by garbage collectors ; it was simply terrible.
I'm telling you, you and your cam would be busy here.

nice shots of the firefighting action. fun title. Did you happen to get up to Pelham at all? Nice urban village just outside of the city limits.

That was refreshing. It's always nice to take a little detour from a busy day to take in the sights of New York City.

Pelham 1-2-3 was a film reference to the 6 train in the Bronx, which (in the 1970's film) was hijacked by some Euro dudes. In the remake, it was John Travolta. It's called the Pelham line because it terminates at Pelham Bay Park.

Pelham, NY is an affluent suburb on the other side of Pelham Bay Park.

Love it! I'm looking forward to being back on the East Coast soon for more frequent visits to New York. Easy access between DC & NYC via Amtrak/Acela!

Haven't seen you in a while, mr. John. These shots make me want to charge up the battery for my old Nikon. Very nice.
