I agree. The church apparently did not think about having some residential units for its own use, such as visiting clergy, or for the possible rental income for high end apartments that could have been built above the offices.

Soloviev’s site is visible next to the Crown Building. Hopefully, a 1,000’+ tower will rise there.

The same with Sedesco’s, which hopefully will merge with the site owned by Vornado and Lefrak.
