I believe the core is actually at level 35 right now. You can tell that the residential amenity floor (level 34) is the last one utilizing the full floor plate. Also, it would explain why it’s been moving slowly lately as they have a pool, etc. to deal with.

Great update! I must add this officially marks Austin 10th skyscraper over 500ft.

A bit sluggish because of the holidays I assume, but work still goes on. You can’t see much of the progress at the moment due to the setback.

It was also slow going there for a bit as they transitioned from office to residential. It should ramp up here to a steady clip in the new year.

This is in a fairly prominent spot as well. Even at it's current height it's the tallest in the sky at some angles from the north..
