MINNEAPOLIS | Harmonia Towers | XXX FT | ~34, ~28, ~10 FLOORS

Very preliminary details in the Star Tribune today regarding a proposed 3-tower primarily-residential redevelopment on the site of the former Wells Fargo Operations Center in downtown Minneapolis.

The article mentions a 10-story mixed-income midrise apartment building, a 20+ story market-rate apartment tower, and a 25+ story mixed-use tower. I count 34 and 28 floors for the two buildings shown in the concept rendering below, presumably the smallest building is hidden from view at the SE corner of the block.
