Height is now 340.6 meters/1117.5 feet, they have also purchased 760-762 Yonge street

Very nice. The podium looks more ornate now.

The new height increase is also good news. Still not a fan of preserving those little 2 story buildings. They should be moved to the interior courtyard.

What is the perforated metal screen for? Is it offices behind and to reduce solar gain?

Thats pretty disappointing. Apple stores are commonplace mall chains.

I'd rather have a multilevel high end atrium with restaurants, cafes/gelateria, smaller clothing stores, movie theatre. Somthing like higher end version of Empress Walk was suggested in the initial rendering.

On a side note I love the translucent elevator core.
