I like that JDS proposal. Fits in very nicely without detracting from ESB because the buildings are thin and elegant.

That's whats so nice about the 57th Street supertalls. You aren't gonna get any office towers like that, especially in NY where tenants drive demand. That's why all of the new office towers look like they could skip a few meals.
