Awesome shots, the new SW HQ will add balance to Cleveland’s tall skyscrapers. The riverfront below the old HQ & peninsula has hella potential, great to see a gem like it being redeveloped. Btw Tower City Center is truly one of America’s great urban focal points, the mixed use complex with its iconic tower, beautiful art deco interior and main RTA station is something most cities would kill to have.
That streetwall is something else, the architecture is unique but has a certain uniformity to it as well that’s aesthetically pleasing. The new Sherwin Williams HQ will add add a nice modern presence and heigh differential that will fill out the streetwall but stays in the wavelength of its vibe.
I gotta ask though what’s that building with the black cylindrical structure, it’s cool but in an odd way like it’s the Cleveland branch of the M.I.B. or something.
