I love the Sansom and Walnut facing facades… not so much the 19th. Why couldn’t they have just continued the brick?

The restored apartment building on Sansom is **chef's kiss** -- so happy that it was saved, along with the Rittenhouse Coffee Shop.

The 65 condos start at $2.8 million and cost up to $25 million for a full-floor penthouse spanning 9,000 square feet. There are three full-floor penthouses, one of which has already been sold, and eight half-floor units. Nearly 70% of the condos have already sold, Emmons said.

Screw the brick. The Walnut Street facade is my favorite part of this project (aside from the height). It just gives off vibes of 5th Ave grandeur. Elegant, imposing, classy, and above all, opulent. Wish they would have continued with that material all the way around but it's Philly and red brick is almost impossible to not incorporate into the base of our towers. Which makes the base along 19th and Sansom streets so plain and ubiquitous whereas the Walnut Street facade is much more unique, eye catching, and on-brand.

Agreed that the Walnut fronting facade is the best, however the 19th side of things is just black metal paneling. Continuing the brick around on that side would've gone a long way.

^I'll agree that the brick is a bit better than the metal paneling. Brick is boring but the paneling looks cheap. But again, that front entrance is very worthy of the address and the building's overall stature as one of the city's most prestigious residential buildings.

Completely agree, the Walnut Street entrance is one of my favorite entrances in the entire city. What a beauty that part of the building turned out to be.

In person I think the 19th Street facade is better than the pictures; it’s far more window than it is paneling. With the Schulson restaurant on the first floor (which you know will be beautiful inside) and the Equinox on the second, I think the large windows will really activate that side of the building.

Talked to Brian again, he said that the lights will be delayed and have a slim chance of being lit up this month. When asking about how the lights will operate (like solid or animations) he said that it will be a surprise

Awesome. But I was disappointed to hear they were opening a Hardees on the ground floor and the project was going to be renamed Laurel and Hardees. It just sounds less elegant to me.
