Possibly. I wonder what the pricing will be on some of the units. Might be a bargain compared to the other 57 Street towers. Tower Verre is cheap compare to what the units are going for at 432 and One57, and its a much better tower. 16 million might seem a lot, but its way better then 40 million. I wonder if this will eclipse 432 when it comes to the most expensive unit in the city's history? Or will that title go to Nordstrom. Either way, this is something that is for the 1/1000 of 1%. A million is not rich anymore. The standard for being rich is more like 10 million.
For the lucky few who will live in this tower, man, what a privilege to live in such a work of art. This tower, along with 30 Hudson IMO are the best towers to come out of this boom cycle.
