I'll take a closer look at them the next time I'm over there but I think the yellow panels are insulation board not final product. I remember looking at them and seeing visible seams.

I was concerned that this building was collapsing.
The correct photos are appreciated.

Do you even need an architect to come up with a rehash of garbage 60s modernism design? Goodness me this one is a stinker.

No matter what this would be bad but the color of the panels take it to an extra level of terrible. Was just at the Aquarium and it really is a sight to behold. I just don't get it, do they charge less for panels with terrible color schemes?

^Completely agree with last two comments.
I was over at the BB&T Pavilion recently, and got to take in this project, ugly as hell. I expected a lot more from LPT. Their website rendering of this is really flattering, unless those yellow stripes are covered with something else more attractive, this building is an F-. And sad for Camden, to finally get Riverfront development going only to be ugly as sin.

Using the term " stinker " is actually a generous description .

Is it really going to remain orange striped? It doesn't match the renderings at all, I was under the impression this was going to be covered with a more neutral paneling (although even if they do, it's still a D building).

I thought someone said it appeared to be insulation. I guess not. This was dated twenty years before they broke ground. As this crap is the result of yet more "artificial" stimulus by the state (which has accomplished little to nothing over the decades), I'm starting to think that the Camden waterfront should be returned to a state of nature.

Liberty Property Trust, NJ and Camden had the opportunity to make a statement here, make something that changes the landscape forever, show real vision, change perceptions, instead they are laying a real egg. Uninspiring.

Buildings made of Legos are normally more colorful and imaginative.

Are we sure this is the final cladding design here?

Seems like we love to bash before things are done around here.

Just a little?
