Oh man, if this really ends up having those metal panels on the outside of the balcony floor plates, this is gonna look amazing. I hope the spans between windows are not just grey-painted stucco, but not holding my breath.

Wow they've made tremendous progress on this. It was a bit stalled out for a while.

Maybe my favorite tower u/c after Waldorf.

This really pushes Miami architecture farther out into the international scene IMO. Feels like something they would build in Singapore.
