Just posted in the highrise thread, but there is some great news on this building. Because of how badly Philadelphia needs hospital beds right now, Penn has fast tracked this building and even though it wasn't supposed to be ready for another 15 months, it will now apparently be finished in less than one.

As I said in the other thread, the entire building will NOT be completed in the next month or so--just enough to accommodate 119 new patient beds. The entire building, when it's completed, will contain about 500 new private, single-occupancy patient rooms, 50 new operating rooms, and other facilities. It's still good news that 119 new patient beds will soon be added to Penn's immediate supply.

that's incredible, and is going to be a huge logistics problem. it's still a very active construct site.
