Looks to be just a little bit short of the Residences at Ritz-Carlton. By my estimate, there should be only around 100 feet to go.

well if the floor count was accurate they are working on the 40th floor (maybe 41st by now) right about now so it's going to be quite a bit higher than what we see today. With 11 floors plus mechanical penthouse to go that's got to be well over 100ft to go.

The real question is:
When should we expect the topping out ceremony to take place?

If this building has well over 100ft left to go we can be sure this will be impactful; this may actually bring unexpected surprises to the skyline; especially at night.

Hopefully it's complete before next year's Super Bowl.

Let's hope the lights on the top can change colours; for years we've seen its not easy being green.

Until the Eagles proved them wrong

oh maybe that's what he meant. Well in terms of above ground floors it appears there 8 to go + penthouse.

This is the old 1441 Chestnut / Waldorf=Astoria.
Glad that it’s finally being built.

Sorry for the extreme zoom, but this is what the W and Elements Hotel looks like from the 7th floor of Alter Hall (Fox School of Business). It's getting really close to overtaking the RATR!
