I thought it would be nice to show the 3D model that Jack Crawford from ChicagoYimby has created that clearly show new projects by stage of development, which he continually updates:

Thanks Jack for keeping this going!
Everything's coming up Milhouse in Chicago!

Crazy models!. I cant even accurately count. Jack's model is around 70 projects. Lewis is close to 100! Unreal! Thank you both for doing such amazing work.

Looks like 1353 has come down from 29 to 26 stories (310 to 270 feet). Still looking at 316 apartments. Parking increased slightly from 196 to 200 spaces.

EDIT: I'm wrong

I think you have the height and parking backwards, the project grew from 270 ft to 314 ft with parking going from 200 to 115 spaces.

Oh nice, I was looking at the uploaded PD... which doesn't seem the match the latest project description from the DPD?
The parking reduction is great news.

I wonder if Fulton getting designated a pedestrian street allowed them to reduce parking? It should have basically made that entire area TOD elegible.

You're probably right, since the designation was only given after they submitted the PD.

It had grown to the 310'-314' by the public meeting last October. I'm guessing top of the underside floor vs top of structure.

Love how the west side of Fulton Market is getting all this development. The vibrancy dies down alot once you get west of Elizabeth st. Soon all the way from Union Park eastforward will be a vibrant corridor.

That just made my day! Thanks for sharing!!!!!

It really is interesting to see how downtown now has these "wings" starting to spread out (West Loop, Lincoln Yards, etc)

Excellent work, as always. Loving the perspective of Fulton at 0:32 where you can see the Google HQ just surrounded by pink buildings.
