I see it was designed by GREC.

The 330' figure is to the underside of the roof structure on the mechanical penthouse; total height will be in the 331'-333' range.

30 stories west of Halsted, what a nice Christmas gift.

No, GREC is the architect of record. Design architect is Morris Adjmi.

One more NY architect that Related is importing to Chicago.

Those three nearby projects Harry just posted photos from are using really similar facades (dark blue glass, split vertically for the operable sections, with darker stripes for the floor breaks).

They each look ok on their own, but I wonder if this will be the Fulton River/Market District's version of River North beige...
