Interesting, is this just bc of a lack of expertise or manpower?

This building is only a few stories tall and it already has commanding presence when you approach it from the Franklin bridge.

I've said it before, and I'll say it again, this site to me is one of the best stages to display buildings in North America. I really hope that the South Tower gets some height addition because the site would show it off so well.

Getting WPS to supertall height is definitely a dream of many a Chicago forum member, myself included. Such a prominent and highly visible site demands no less.

I love the new bookend this one's creating from a bunch of vantage points. Gives us a really good sense of how dense it will all look when the south tower is built.
