The above posted "new renderings(?)" are ridiculously bad and are related to the Vista tower by an imagined geographical delusion only.

They are a waste of time.

Purpose is to show potential buyers what the amenity level will look like

Well these "new" renderings make it look like the render studio didn't know what the building looks like. I hope they were cheap.

Those are some cool public spaces regardless of the cheap quality renderings.

Yeah, I imagine they are from the landscaping team, whoever is handling the outdoor decor. No point in spending any money for accurate architectural depictions, just needed something to show the people who need a visual what the terrace will look like.

Literally the entire Vista instagram is trash, but hey I'm fascinated by it because I love this building.

Thanks for the close up. Those bracings look finished and lighter than I was seeing in other photos.

Regarding Vista, does anyone know the status of the hotel component?

I used to work for Mid American Elevator/USA Hoist. I installed mast climbers and did some scaffolding etc. Some buds who still work there sent me pics the crane operator and they took on top of Vista.

Wow! I'm not even sure what I am looking at. It doesn't seem to add up. So foreign looking. Thanks for sharing these. Very cool.
