Wow, definitely a welcome change. The green terracotta bricks look gorgeous and remind me a little bit of this recent project from Roman & Williams in NY:

This project feels pretty distinct amongst a lot of newer urban developments in that there isn't a single building that's just a glass box. The variety of materials and textures really helps all of these buildings feel contemporary but also at home. I don't know anything about the costs of construction materials, but to my eyes this project looks like it's been glammed up a bit rather than being value engineered.
