They'll be able to sell out every tower they may choose to build in this neighborhood based on that view alone.

Lots of glass going up. I almost wish the red was sticking around.

Thanks for this pics on this and others Echostatic. Quick question: How are you doing the formatting to "hide" the large pictures so they don't clog up a screen? I'd like to do that for any future pictures I post.

Are you talking about the spoiler tag?

Just quote his post and then you'll see his formatting.

I use the spoiler feature, like "spoiler text /spoiler" with brackets.

You can also just specify the size you want on the picture when you embed it. The pixel size is at the end of the string of characters. I usually keep it to around 1000-1500px.

That garage cladding is hideous. The interiors look pretty fancy though and the rendering of the amenity floor without a ceiling is pretty cool IMO.

Glad to see those pink strips aren't staying. From afar, those look like the finished product and . . . well I guess pink just isn't my thing.

Austin-American Statesman had an interesting article on this one last month
(Story by Shonda Novak, Austin American-Statesman, 8/21/2023)

https://www.msn.com/en-us/money/real...ore%20evidence.

"Demand for downtown living remains strong in Austin, experts say, and one of the newest towers taking shape on the skyline is more evidence.

The Linden Residences is a 28-story residential building being developed by Reger Holdings LLC, a private real estate investment trust based in western New York. The $150 million project is nearing completion and due to open this year at West 17th and Guadalupe streets on the site of the former William Gammon Insurance building.

Along with 117 luxury condominiums, the Linden will have retail and restaurant space. The architect is Rhode: Partners, an internationally recognized architecture and interior design firm based in Austin that has left its mark on numerous buildings on the local skyline.

DEN Property Group is marketing the units in the Linden. We caught up this month with DEN co-founder Bryan Cady, to talk about the downtown market in general, how units are selling in the Linden specifically and more."
