Yeah I know, just messing with ya NYguy. I’m actually very fond of Jersey. It’s just one of those places people love to joke about. Anyways, yes, the skyline looks good no matter where you are.

Of course, Jersey jokes are legendary. Just pointing out the skyline is great from any angle, and you can see it any time, in sometimes surprising ways.

Did this with the Vandy thread in regards to elevations. How this tower would gain height when viewed from sea level or 0'.

You can also see the surrounding elevations.

Three quarters and change to the parapet.....?

Having literally no frame of reference nearby is at once exhilarating and annoying.....

^^^^^^

And My God in Heaven there's so much in store.

To see 1V standing next to Midtown's Royalty from that angle....as a starting point.....

Imagine this view in one calendar year, folks. I want the photo buffs in our midst to remember this exact location and draw straws to see who gets to take that lucky shot.

Is it possible to know the exact number of real floors (1 roof = 1 floor) of this skyscraper? Are they 108 real floors? Thanks.

Sorry if this doesn't answer your question exactly; but 131 stories seems to be a marketing ploy and nothing more.
