Be interesting to see how they do in that location, it was a shame Bodega ended.
It was a shame La Bodega ended. Bodega on the other hand was a stingy, not as good menu version that I went to once and never went back (Avenue got all my attention). Anyone remember the amazing charcuterie boards from La and also the 50% off wine nights?

I had the Sunwing as well. So many jokes made like: "If you cancel my order maybe I can come back in March and get it."

Wonderful. Great for the neighborhood. Thousands in walking distance.

I am pretty pumped about it. I actually suggested to friends it would be a Leo’s as it is a perfect spot for it and is pretty close to the atmosphere of Lancasters.

For those interested, I believe both Dandy's and Everyday Kitchen are opening their East locations in the Welcome Woodland development this month. Gong Cha and Mortise and Tenon are still to come later on as well. I'm excited to have these guys 5 minutes from my house but I'm going to have to factor in extra exercise to offset it!

I recently came across this neighborhood retail development when I looking to exchange a propane tank. Did not really know it existed before. Woodland Grove Dr. and Buckingham.

It’s their second location. The downtown location isn’t closing.

The same developer has plans for a similar, larger development on the South end of Chuka across from Save-On Foods. I believe Woodland has a phase 2 in the works as well.

I’ve heard this project has been a bit of a mess. I am still hopeful but it’s been on hold with some issues.
