Looks like they changed the name already for Here PHX to the address 704 N 4th St

Morning Walk - 9/19

I went for a long walk this morning and snapped a whole bunch of pictures of downtown. Enjoy!
Link and 700 N 4th St (the building former known as “Here PHX”) from AZ Center Parking Garage

700 N 4th St from multiple angles

The Link is now Altura and the large lighted sign has been removed from the top of the building. I wonder if a rebranding was necessary because of all the bad publicity the tower was getting from residents.

Anyway, another lost sign for Downtown.

They seem to have had a ton of success and have sold the largest building so I'd imagine its coming.

Link Phase 2 is the ugliest high rise downtown. If they go for the 3rd tower we can only hope the downward trend doesnt continue...
