Unless I'm missing something Pinnacle Lougheed will be taller than 4444 Kingsway, it's also further along the permitting process.

You might be right. I'm not aware of a specifically stated height for 4444 Kingsway. The SSP diagram seems to estimate about 270m which may be too high.

Lougheed is will have more floors than 4444 Kingsway (though that doesn't necessarily mean a taller building) but AFAIK Lougheed (259m) is expected to be slightly shorter than M3 (260.29m).

Yup 259m is correct for Pinnacle.

There's no height given yet for 4444 Kingsway.

Or any project design, either. The previous Bosa project has been dropped as they sold the site to a different developer at the end of 2022, who are thinking of dropping the prposed hotel for office space, and a different retail mix.

It actually estimates 284 metres, which is way too tall for 73 floors... it should be around 240-250 metres.

The new owners, Keltic, have submitted their initial rezoning, and it's 59 storeys, so quite a bit shorter. Gensler are still the architects, with CDA as architects of record.

I was about to say haha.
I have the opposite problem, with too much free time due to work being even slower than it should be this time of year, to the point where my workplace closes more nowadays than it ever did

Going back to the topic at hand, I think we got a nicer set of twins (office towers*) than 150 North Riverside and the new Comcast tower, even if they are taller than our set.

EDIT: Salesforce, not Comcast. All in all, I think we had some comparable office projects go up between Chicago and Toronto, at least relative to size in the last 15 years.

EDIT 2: Huh, i thought Salesforce and 150 Riverside were adjacent to each other, woops. I confused the latter with Wolf Point East. I thought the BMO tower was taller as well.
