Are the apartments for rent or for sale?
How much could they cost? As you have a fantastic view of the skyline here.
You could document the construction status of 175 and 350 Park Ave. with a camera.

This one turned out really nice, and a welcome variance from the standard glass box that seems to dominate the immediate area.
