I agree. I like the brick facade. I don't even remember what was here previously.

Google Maps Streetview

I use Google Maps' Streetview all the time, the option to go back in time is great.

Off topic, I stayed in the Edison Hotel in 2017. Never realized there is an entrance on 46th.

Thanks! I looked it up on GM too, but the new building had already started and was in the image. I had no idea that there's a time feature in GM. That's cool.

Anyway, this building beats an empty lot.
