Green and red chalk lines have been placed on the concrete base for the crane, looks like it'll be coming soon!

Yes, looks like they have to pour concrete around the base where the first piece is sitting on top of. Looks like 4 nubs with green rebar built around it for additional structural support.

Crane base poured today.

They've also been pouring more footers along the west wall, nearly finished the underpinning for the houses on that side.

Good. I can't tell if there's other retail in the pipeline, though. Emmons previously said a single tenant will take a majority of the retail space. The retail space is about 44,000 square feet (up from an original 25,000 square feet). Since 7,000 square feet is quite small for an Equinox, I'm going to say Jacob Adelman is wrong (often the case) and that they will take much more of the space than that. Natalie Kostelini also previously reported that the increase in retail space was driven by an "undisclosed tenant" (i.e. Equinox). Hoping there might still be something else in there too.

If anything, it's probably 7,000 s.f. on the groundfloor and then a much larger chunk on other floors (similar to what Giant is doing at RiverWalk).

Going back to the Laurel construction video update a few weeks ago, the crane is about 270 feet high and will jump 3 or 4 times
