Am I the only one sensing a gigantic gap between what one thinks when they hear a project named Signature and this?

Yes; that and I really wish subrurban developers would stop trying to make make comparisons to downtown. Some even go as far to claim they're "the new downtown." UGH. STOP IT. WHO ARE YOU FOOLING.
