Project complete, should be renamed to Sonder Maisonneauve since it's all short term rental. Lots of commercial at the base too

There is another restaurant opening as well, I believe also Asian cuisine.

for years that site was occupied by a low rise (3 storey) building with a Cafe Depot, a photocopy place, and a Chinese food noodle house.
