^ Nice pics. I like the appearance of that cascading park, but in practicality it doesn’t end up being very usable park space. Perhaps that was intentional? (ie keep the “riff raff” to a minimum)

It is even less usable as a route through the neighborhood to the lakefront.

^ its a stretch to call it a "park"..lol... This city tends to use the term way to loosely especially for any small landscaped patch of grass with a few benches on it

Are these completed? They sure look like it lol .. the snowfall photos are beautiful, but I feel like it's probably time to move this to the completed threads archive.

The Cascade certainly looked like it had tenants. Don't know about the Cirrus, though they're advertising that you can rent in the Cascade while waiting for your condo to be completed, which makes me think there is still some interior work to be done? https://cirruscondos.com/leaseandbuy
