ST. LOUIS | Vande South Office Tower | 155FT | 14 FLOORS

The Lawrence Group is already redeveloping the old Federal Mogul Foundry in Midtown but have also begun construction on Phase 2 in the form of Environmental Remediation. When the site clean up is complete, the Lawrence Group will be a 14 floor office tower consisting of Parking, Retail and Offices (obviously) at 64 and Vandeventer. The name of the tower, for now, is being called Vande South Offices since a Vande North is planned (also pictured) just across the main entrance street into the City Foundry Development. Vande South will sit on top of a 6 floor parking garage making the actual office portion 8 floors. No defined timeline has been given on the Phase 2 development but according to the Lawrence Group, "the office space we offered in Phase 1 is 100% leased which is giving us the signal to move ahead with Phase 2. Companies want to be here due to our close proximity to transit, major highways, Cortex, Midtown and the City Foundry development itself".

Vande South joins the Armory District in new towers that have been envisioned for Midtown within a few short blocks. The Armory project will be connected to the city Foundry despite the two projects being developed by two separate companies.
