A Washington DC based Condominium developer is proposing a 24 story 324 unit residential tower at 1429 Peachtree st. The mixed use project is called the Rhapsody. Capital city Real estate is slated to go before the Midtown development review committee on October 13th.

Also what now Atlanta reports that Universal music group is bringing a Experiential Resort Hotel to Atlanta. Hotel will bring Holistic entertainment venue. No word yet on the timing and location of the project.

Does anyone have any ideal when Portman will start on that 3 tower project that is proposed on 10th & Spring st in Midtown? Is there a start time this year or early 21? Can’t wait for that one to get going hopefully soon.

I'm jazzed about the Portman project and the Toll Brothers' project across Spring on the old Comcast lot. 36 stories on that one. These projects will really complete the urban feel between 10th and 14th.

The city's core between Downtown and Midtown to 17th is already starting to feel cohesive. It's starting to feel and function like a traditional city.

That should be a great addition. This is near that micro apartment proposal, right?

Bustler Design Competition

RitaWorld is developing a key project, the development of a skyscraper, the height being 1,200 ft - 1,500 ft tall. This will be built in the downtown Atlanta area and be an office tower.

I can back that up, very easy, free parking and I was in and out in 30 mins on Tues. Actually fun environment on the BB court in the arena too, they tried to jazz up voting as much as possible.

I'm sure a lot of Fulton County people may consider overlooking it as it's not in their neighborhood, I've heard Buckhead, High Museum and others have been far longer lines every day.
