I noticed that the diagram page (http://skyscraperpage.com/diagrams) for Atlanta is really out of date. For example a lot of the under construction stuff like Midtown Union, Norfolk Southern, the Mark, etc aren't listed, there are cancelled projects like Eviva still listed, and some completed things still marked as proposed or under construction. Making changes is a bit onerous because you have to fill out a form and make a new post for every single change. I think the diagram page is a good resource if it's kept up to date. Maybe we could split it up and put in some changes?

Some site plans for Interlock Phase II:
654 Ethel Street: https://cityofatlanta.sharepoint.com...QlhPcTRXVDEwZw

And site plan for a new development at the Humane Society property
981 Howell Mill Rd: https://cityofatlanta.sharepoint.com...RFVINTRXVDEwZw
Building Maximum Height will be 225ft if I am reading this right and has an option for just residential and retail or an option for residential, commercial, and retail

Sucks that our zoning is so crap in this city that developers have to rezone literally almost everything to build mixed used. How long is it gonna take for Keane and co. to complete the rezoning of the city?

The Condo Tower survives-- at least for now--
'A New York real estate company seeking to develop the tallest residential tower in Midtown will put much of the property back on the market.

An affiliate of Olympia Heights Management owns the 4-acre trophy site at 14th Street, which it bought more than five years ago and where it continues pre-development work on a more than 50-story condo tower.

It calls the project No. 2 Opus Place.

As Olympia Heights tries to line up pre-sales for the planned condo units, it's now seeking developers for the remaining 2.2 acres around the project. The balance of the site is large enough to contain more than one million square feet of additional office, apartments and retail space, according to preliminary marketing materials.

Olympia Heights has retained commercial real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield to market the 2-plus acres. When reached for more details, Cushman & Wakefield could not comment.'

Pre-construction for a project of this size can take quite a while-- Drawings alone may take 8 months or longer to complete--

They published a book / vision that is fantastic: https://www.atlantaga.gov/home/showdocument?id=30594

These ideas along with capping the connector and building Beltline rail and the Clifton Cooridor in years --- not decades --- would really improve Atlanta's QOL. It would put the city at the forefront of healthy lifestyle habits in the US. Leadership from the state would really help, but our local stable genius, Governor Kemp, is hardly up for the task.

19. Another SCAD student housing tower

PROPOSED—SCAD is planning to develop a 20-story student housing tower across the Connector from Atlantic Station. The project, as proposed, would feature nearly 1,000 beds for SCAD students, a dining hall and food market, and a 33,000-square-foot auditorium, just south of where Spring Street meets the Buford-Spring Connector. The school completed another student tower in the vicinity this year

26. No2 Opus Place

PROPOSED—Although developer Olympia Heights has secured a land disturbance permit and kicked off preliminary site work, we’re reluctant to call this one “under construction,” since it’s been talked about for so many years. If realized, though, the potentially skyscraping residential and office tower would be one of Atlanta’s tallest.

Sure, but wasn’t it announced a couple of years ago ? And I’ve wondered if it’s a coincidence that Indy’s Signia has an excruciatingly long timeline as well.

The State announced the project but did not select an operator/ developer until more recently. This one should start construction this year and with state backing its pretty certain--

they need to get going on it and Centennial Yards - can make a big splash at the 2026 World Cup semi-finals! And development along Northside Dr.
