The core topped out in mid-Jan

^They could be concealing a 150 foot spire inside the superstructure! Its happened before...

Its pretty clear his question was whether there will be any additional screening built to conceal the core / mechanical equipment. I'm also hoping there will be. That would mess the crown all up if they left it exposed

Yes, let's hope indeed. There has to be some sort of glass parapet to screen the BMU ...right?

Is this a joke? You all have seen the renderings right? I’m pretty sure they’re still more or less accurate.

Yes, there's one more section to cover the core. The final setback has 4 levels. Currently there are 3 levels (was outside on 3/16) and the 4th should cover the core.

Also the setback plan shows the core inside the last level. See https://www.333wolfpoint.com/wp-cont...cking-Plan.pdf

From 3/15 I think. The louvers look pretty well done on the 38th/39th. Better than some other buildings....

Agreed. Those are slick. And very industrial/gothic in proportions. They look like jet intakes rather than big radiator grills.

Chicago's second-tallest riverfront building--it looks pretty imposing in that last photo ^^

^ 3rd tallest riverfront tower.

St. Regis and Trump Tower are both taller.

Yeah, it looks undeniably big from a human scale when viewing it in person. It's really a lot of building.
