Brutally ripping out the native growth - this stretch of virgin riverbank has not been touched for ... years.

That shore seems way too shallow to get a barge close enough to deliver equipment and material. Does that mean everything is getting delivered from the street entrance? Those lower streets are going to be a nightmare when the pour the mat floor. I wonder if thier allowed to use the turn around above the parking.

As a reminder... "Case will be installing 49 belled caissons and 14 rock caissons in this second phase of the Wolf Point development."

Has it been said how much of the park/plaza space will be constructed with this phase? I assume they will more or less draw a line either south or east from the corner of the parking garage structure currently sticking out—would be nice to get most of the public space in this phase though.

I'm surprised they aren't required to put runoff screens along the river. You'd think there would be all kinds of laws about muddy runoff from a construction site like this going straight into the water.

They put those rocks along the edge of the river at the same they did the rest of the wolf point west site right. So that whole thing is going to be an overhang riverwalk like it is at WPW now? I'm surprised they arent using piles to flatten and level out the edge of the river. But I i think.their going to use this same method down south on the Riverline shore. I suppose its cuz the shoreline is so shallow right?

Measure twice, drill, then measure again.

And make sure it is plumb - always checking the plumb.

Harry and solar thank you for the amazing pics. Solar what the heck is going on in that picture? Thats a tall pillar to pour into. Will those all line the base at that height before the floor gets poured. I dont even think 465's pillars are that tall. Thats going to be a massive lobby.

That is the cage that is about to be lowered into a caisson - part of a foundation column - they are probably tying 2 of these together for each column.

Here you can see one 1/2 way in a caisson.
