Wonder how the timing of this one will work out for the developers? Wit oil prices in the toilet right now i suspect they won't secure any large tenants until well into construction...

I suspect they've already lined up some decent tenants. What percentage of it is leased I do not know.

There is at least one decent sized tenant going in. I can't recall the name, but it was mentioned in the Herald about 6 months ago.

I had heard that rumor as well. At one point a couple of years ago Conoco wanted to build their own building on that very parcel, and had actually purchased the land. I wouldn't be surprised it they were a tenant.

I must be getting close by now. The problem with Place 10, is it's hard to get a good look the site unless you're up above somewhere.
