I'm likely in the minority here but I actually think this building's design has become quite top heavy. I liked it better pre top-off. I do think the balcony railings, once installed to the top, will partially offset this effect. Nonetheless, my admiration level has taken a hit.
I think the significant size disparity between WPW and all its neighbors (WP and those across the river) will make the issues of appearing top heavy much less noticeable relatively speaking. It also helps that one side will mostly be blocked, and the perspective from the river side will be more vertical than those which expose the hammer form.
