I lived in the rental at 111 Davisville a few years ago - I sure hope it is better than that hell-hole

Excavation is underway at Balliol Park. The hole on the right will be the 30 story south tower, and the left will be the 14 story north tower. Picture from my balcony.

This is great for a rental. I always hated those grimy old towers. They could at least renovate the older towers to look at least clean and/or adequate. Well I'm not here to rant about this but this is great for an apartment building.

No doubt, many of the older "commie block" apartments are not in the best of condition, however many do have far superior layouts than the current offering that newer condo towers provide.
