I've been meaning to get around to these photos for a long time. Hanging out on New York with children makes taking lots and lots of photos a bit difficult, and so typically when travelling I find myself on really early morning walks. This was no exception. Staying on the Upper West Side, I got up and ventured all the way down into Midtown, then back up through Central Park. What a city...

There's something about rainy weather and NYC that goes together perfectly. Yeah, rain isn't fun, but it's so atmospheric. The walk down Broadway is great in any weather.
