The following is a two tower development intensifying two towers in the park in a long block in the Yonge & Eglinton area. There'll be one rental tower, and another condominium tower, the taller one facing toward Eglinton, the shorter toward the well established SFH neighbourhood directly adjacent. This is a rapidly growing area thanks to a new transit line being built right now.
