To say nothing of the garish lettering on 401 N Wabash ...

This lobby is stunning. 1000% better than the shit show that was recently installed down the street at the CME Center. I haven't a clue as to what they were thinking on that project. The whole lobby looks like unfinished dry wall. Terrible.

Even though I have wanted to see a little more variety in Goettsch Partners designs. I gotta say they are one of the best in the world at designing how a commercial building meets the ground.

Popped over to 110 last Saturday to check on the status to the park's landscaping. Discovered an incredible reflection opportunity. t̶r̶i̶p̶l̶e̶ Double the tridents!

^ I saw your post on the 'Gram, Nick. Such a great shot and effect. Is the glass this reflective to the naked eye?

That slider is the best way to present wide shots, I think. A little gimmicky, but helps make a more unique post. Yes, it's quite reflective, I mean, I saw it first and then realized "woah! this is a cool shot opportunity!" I did quite a bit of editing to level out the exposures between the outside and "inside." Plus, the reflection/glass is naturally a bit darker, so I brightened it up so the image had better balance.

FWIW, my phone shots looked pretty nice straight out of camera, so passersby can get this shot reasonably easy, too. Here's an unedited (by me) shot from my phone:
