This was certainly a missed opportunity to have 270 Park Avenue include one on it's top floors as that building is truly massive and certainly would have had the space to include a dedicated entrance and separate elevators, along with added egress capacity requiref for evacuations. The mass of 270 Park Avenue is larger than any of the skyscrapers currently with observation decks or have one planned.
