Some unspecified date in 2022. The construction is essentially done, but they have to do testing before opening it for regular service.

I really don’t understand why it takes 6 or 8 months of testing, same with the Tempe Street car.

Flew out of Gateway to Cincinnati back in October. Really hope that infrastructure money means upgrading the terminals. They're okay as-is, but the amount of travelers Allegiant wants to bring in/out of IWA means that it's starting to look a little bit like Sky Harbor as far as crowds go.

They are going to build an entirely new terminal:

See page 60-70

Master plan

https://www.gatewayairport.com/docum...out%20plan.pdf

The skybridge section already has hangers under construction and Gulfstream is adding private terminal support right now.

The new terminal is still a ways out I have some insider contact on the Airport facilities so I will let you guys know if I get wind of expansions being sped up due to the infrastructure bill.

It looks like Allegiant is starting to build up a small presence at Sky Harbor instead of just at AZA.

The Development of Goodyear airport over covid is interesting, its become a major maintenance and overflow yard for airlines. Big opportunity for airline maintenance and servicing business there.
