Baltimore: This will be a much cooler photo in angle in 5-10 years with the development of Port Covington in the foreground. It's a $5.5 billion and 235 acre development of residential, office, retail, and recreational. Additionally, just to the left not pictured is the west shore of the middle branch known as Westport. A separate developer has plans to convert the 43 acre site into a mix of residential, light industrial, and retail. The middle branch will essentially become Baltimore's "recreational Inner Harbor".
